Hello 7th Grade Families,

Indiana Code IC 20-30-4-1.5 requires that each student and the student's parent develop an initial graduation plan with a statement of intent to graduate from high school and an acknowledgement of the importance of good citizienship, school attendance,  and diligent study habits. We ask that you please review the following form and sign it in acknowledgement.
